The damping bock is mainly made of polymers like butyl rubber, mixing
with appropriate amount of filling materials, adhesive agent, softening agent
and anti-aging agent. It can be made into pieces, blocks or bars in various
sizes or colors with good viscosity, flexibility and high damping performance.
◎ Characteristics 〉〉〉
Stable performance, excellent self-adhesion, nondrying, weather
resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, medium resistance and aging
resistance; nontoxic, odorless, noncorrosive, no transfer of erosion. It can be
made flame retatchrdant if necessary. Because of the good plasticity, it can be
applied to various irregular part surfaces in a flexible way (for example,
bending, wrapping etc.) It causes no irritation to skins but excellent damping
and sealing performance. It is easy to use and the original characteristics are
well maintained after being used for years.
◎ Application 〉〉〉
1. It is widely applied to the pipes,plates and sheet components of air conditioners, freezers and otherrefrigerators to reduce the vibration and noises.
2. It is used on rubber vibrationabsorber to improve the vibration damping effect.
3. It is applied to the walls ofmechanical vibrators to reduce the vibration and noises.
